By Tram

Dublin's tram service is called Luas. The Abbey Street stop on the Red line is right outside the door of Abbey Street Methodist. The Red line also stops at Connolly Station, Heuston Station and Busáras (bus station). The nearest Green line stops are less than 5 minutes walk away at the GPO stop on O'Connell Street (northbound) and the Marlborough Street stop (southbound)

By Train

Dublin has two main intercity train stations, Heuston Station & Connolly Station. Connolly Station also connects with Dublin's DART rail service. Abbey Street Methodist is 5 minutes walk from Connolly Station and a 10 minute Luas ride from Heuston Station.

By Coach

Various coach services operate to Dublin city centre and have different drop-off points. Bus Eireann, the national bus service drops off at Busáras or Connolly Station. Other coach services will likely drop-off within a Luas stop or two of Abbey Street.

By Bus

Dublin Bus is the city's public bus service. Grab the mobile app and a Leap Card if you're planning to use it more than once. Fares are coin or Leap Card only with no change given. Almost all buses are wheelchair accessible.

Taxi

Taxi's are plentiful in Dublin and you can order one easily using the mytaxi app.

By bike

Dublin is embracing cycling more and more every year. A public bike scheme known as Dublin Bikes is very popular with stations all over the city centre and environs. Annual and 3 day tickets are available, see the website for more information.
